Food Rescue US is an organization that devotes itself to helping those who are food insecure. People can donate food to those who are food insecure, thereby helping to reduce the number of food insecure people in the United States. Currently, the number is 50,000,000. With the help of food rescue programs, this number can be reduced dramatically.
Implementing a food rescue program at school can help students who are food insecure, and maybe even their siblings and family in general.
